NGS solution, TrackOne, at InnoTrans 2022 | ERCI Innovation Awards Ceremony

The NGS-New Generation Sensors solution called TrackOne, developed and tested within the Horizon 2020 project PLANET, was selected as one of the best innovations in the DITECFER Railway Innovation Contest 2022. RTS-AGW (Rail Transport System-Automatic Guided Wagon) by Co.El.Da. Software and Digital Bathymetry by ETS Ingegneria were the other winning innovations.

The three winners awarded the title “DITECFER Leader in Railway Innovation 2022” and have the right to access the “ERCI Innovation Award 2022”. The ERCI Innovation Awards are organised by the clusters that are members of the European Railway Cluster Initiative and are awarded to European companies that offer products, systems, technologies, processes or services with proven innovative features.

This year’s awards ceremony will take place at the Berlin-Brandenburg joint stand as part of InnoTrans 2022 on 21 September at 16.00..

As every year, the ERCI honours groundbreaking innovation projects from companies in the European rail industry with its Innovation Awards – this year for the 8th time.

The winners are selected by a European jury of independent experts from industry, research and public authorities.
